Baseball? Stadium, hotels, and lofts? Why would I want to be entertained and walk around downtown? I'll take my car, and whats up with the city blocking the streets and these one ways? Screw it, I'll drive where I want to. Just as long as I can go fast, but these timed lights make me slow down evertime I'm trying to escape downtown. We need some wider streets too, four lanes isn't enough especially when the walkers have that gigantic nondrivable area on both sides of the street. Isnt one side good enough for them? Nothing important is down here anyway, just a bunch of hippies, urban explorers and people that want to screw me out of my money.
I'll tell you what we need down there, is a bulldozer and a Super Walmart. Maybe something with nice vinyl siding. Just make sure I can park right in front of it, because downtown you cant wait at a spot until somebody leaves.

What we need to do is tear out Headwaters Park and put in an industrial plant making boondoggles. Those are like widgets, right?
I am sure the Mayor and City Council would be willing to use Eminent Domain to take proeprty from someone who has been in business Downtown for about 70 years and then give it to Wal Mart...
That would fix everything.
