Found this quote pretty interesting, "Todd Stewart, president and co-owner of One Resource Group Corp., who said his firm was unable to find a larger suitable space downtown, despite two years of searching."

I found that one in about two minutes. Seems to fit all of their criteria, with 5,000 sqft to spare and less than half the price.
I realize this doesn't solve the "parking crisis", but placing a new facility on the fringe of the city, increases the dependency on the car and I'd be willing to bet it is going to increase distance of the commute for most of the employees. Monthly parking costs (free if you live downtown - there's a novel idea), or keep truckin' with $4 a gallon gas.

I'm shocked by this...especially with gas prices so high. There is PLENTY of parking downtown
