Both Fort Wayne mayoral candidates have filed their campaign finance reports.
According to the reports, Republican Matt Kelty had $20,746 at the beginning of the reporting period and raised $292,828, for a total of $313,575. He spent $303,562 and has $10,012 remaining. His report was filed Friday, the due date.
His opponent, Democrat Tom Henry had $77,080 at the beginning of the reporting period and raised $646,063, for a total of $723,144. He spent $411,694 and has $311,449 remaining. His report was filed Tuesday.
The reporting period is April 14-Oct. 12. Numbers are rounded to the nearest dollar.

I do believe also that Mr. Kelty's report shows a six-figure debt. I guess the frugal lifestyle led by Matt and his wife wasn't quite frugal enough.
Kelty has paid back only 30k of the 158k loan.... it is due in full by Nov. 1
He will default.

WISE TV and Paul Moss just lost my interest. What were they thinking?
Apparantly WISE cares more about a incompetant, chronic liar than the many employees who gave years to the place only to be kicked to the curb by greedy millionaires.
Paul Moss'contribution was way back in the early summer. Its my understanding that he no longer supports Kelty

There is also an explanation of the WISE thing - sounds like it was a refund for overpayment, not a contribution.
To the "he will default" comment, I predict a refinance. Which is not a default.
