My Zogbys

SYLVESTER!!! has risen again and is back at his typewriter. Read HERE

Analyzing, stat-afying, and percent-agizing Harrison Square polls.

By the by, does anyone know anyone under the age of 30 that has a land line that the wonderful people at Zogby could reach them at? I realize when they say retention and motivation for young professionals to stay and come to the area, 'young' is a relative term. But do the young at hear and AARP card holders fit the description?

P.P.S. Did anyone know that Mike was a CPA?

Did Mr. Obvious assist Sylvester with this guest column? Only a CPA could take two numbers and immediately assess that one number is lower than the other.

I'm 28, and I have a VOIP line. It works just like a landline. A poll taker did call me, but it wasn't Zogby.

I agree that people who only have cell phones and still live with their parents aren't represented in these polls.
