This post would be much better if you put Sylvester's name in caps with a few exclamation points behind it. That's freakin' hilarious.

I'm sorry, my sarcasm doesn't come across well in text.

I have heard nothing from the Henry campaign. At least Matt is out there talking to people about the issues. I have already made my mind up.

Yep. Me too. Matt's a dude!

This Blog is full of lies!!!!!

I'm convinced that the "people" who defend Kelty on this blog are actually the same person. Surely there aren't that many fools out there! Kevin Leininger called Kelty out today in the newspaper. The guy really is a show-man. He wanted the press to see him being handcuffed and led away. It all plays a part in him being the victim. I feel sorry for his kids, having to see that. But Kelty is also using them to garner even more sympathy. He is the smartest dumb-ass I've ever see!

If you have 'heard nothing from the Henry campaign', you must be hearing impaired. Henry has recently held five press conferences and he has been out pounding the pavement. Henry actually has realistic ideas, whereas Kelty just says he 'has a vision'. Well, who the hell doesn't have visions? It's whether you have the logic, integrity and wherewithal to actually accomplish anything good that counts. Kelty lacks [tremendously]on all counts.

What did Tom Henry do today to honor the important work of our public safety officials?

Release a solid plan about his ideas for improving public safety for the residents of Fort Wayne.

What did Matt Kelty do today to honor the important work of our public safety officials?

I don't know. All I could find on his web site was his ongoing whinefest about taking ZERO responsibility for his actions. I always thought conservatives held others accountable for their own actions. I guess their rules don't apply to themselves.

Looks more to me like he politicized 9/11 for personal gain. Shameful!

His comments in the evening paper were complete lies ("today is not a day for campaigning.") I have been told that he was at the bar owners association this afternoon, asking for their endorsement and money. If that isn't campaigning, what is?

Tom Henry is the one who politicized 9/11 for personal gain, not Matt Kelty! There is a time and a place for getting votes and this wasn't it. Tom's campaign took advantage of our grief. So insensitive to the victims of that terrible day. At least Mr. Kelty has the decency to hold the rollout of his public safety program for a more appropriate time. Give me a break.

I can't think of a better time to talk public safety than yesterday when the 9/11 tragedy was on everyones mind. Are you serious? Kelty would beg for votes from the guy sitting on the commode next to him.

Are you kidding me about politicizing 9/11?. Poll your head out of your _____. Politicians in every party have been politicizing 9/11 since 2002 at all levels of government.

I guess we should expect nothing less. Fort Wayne excels at following the lead of other communities. It's become Standard Operating Procedure to copy what everyone else is doing rather than lead by example.

I guess I didn't get it when Kelty said he had no comment on Public Safety yesterday. Didn't realize it was out of "respect" for 9/11.

He's so full of crap!

He didn't want to say anything because he doesn't have a public safety program to "roll out". He basically just slapped Henry in the face.

Face it, Kelty waits for Henry to shell out his ideas, and then Kelty responds with his typical snide comments. Nice.

Only because Kelty came out with his agenda MONTHS ago. Henry is still playing catch up, with lukewarm ideas.

You are definately a Kelty worker. Doesn't seem to matter what the truth is, you just spout off in his defense.

Kelty's "been there, done that" bs is getting really old. He has no ideas of his own. He only has "visions". Did his vision dissapate when he said he would cut taxes? How will his vision allow him to cap the taxes? He never has any details, just says what the uneducated voter wants to hear. And he's banking on the average joe to go to the polls.
