Architecture, Fort Wayne Style...
"It is a rather bland and ordinary ballpark. Constructed almost entirely of concrete, there is no covered seating."
" The closest seat is at least 10 feet above the playing field. The stadium is situated right next to a busy highway. Because of this a net has been constructed in left field to prevent some balls from hitting passing cars. "
"A pretty average minor league park. Which is why in 2005 the city began a study to look a building a new downtown ballpark."
"All home games take place at Memorial Stadium, a beautiful stadium across the parking lot from the Memorial Coliseum known locally as The Castle"
"When I was standing on line to enter the park at 6:00 on a Saturday evening in August 1998, however, one fan said, “It’s just another concrete stadium.” Turns out he wasn’t far from the truth."
"While some of the new fields constructed at about the same time as Memorial Stadium had some architectural style, this one doesn’t. It’s pretty much a concrete behemoth, and not a very well designed one, either."
"the seats are nothing spectacular, and there’s no outstanding scenery to recommend the place. In addition, there is a thick mesh screen behind the plate, which makes it nearly impossible to get a straight-on outfield photo."

It might be one of the worst looking ball parks I've seen. Just in Indiana South Bend has a better stadium as does Gary which is not even a major league affilate.
