It sounds like Kelty is trying to create a FW version of the Louvre but without all of the art.
Seriously, keep this guy talking. The FWO interview gave us a glimpse into the inner workings of Kelty's mind. I fear this is only the beginning stages of his "vision" for the city of FW.
Kelty is against something that will not impact Property Tax unless it goes very very wrong, aka Harrison Square but he is in favor of the School Bond that will have a great impact on Property Taxs, and our kids ar not getting smarter. One has to ask why; oh he was hired by the school for the planning phase and not Harrison Square.
