My vote is for a water park with slides that open out onto a multi-sport playing field covered in ice with people gambling on whether or not someone gets hurt.
It has to be a Wal Mart...
Fort Wayne was so pround of the Wal Mart that they brought in last year that they subsidized it with public money...
I am sure iit did not hurt any of the small businesses in the area...
