My hero

This man is Pat white, my hero, the voice of Fort wayne. He has his own show on WOWO that I listen to every day

Pat is my hero because he speaks the truth every day. His voice speaks to me and I cant quite explain it but it seems as if he tailors his words for what I want to hear. Its uncanny, really

Take for example the Harrison square fiasco. When it was first talked about Pat said how stupid of an idea it was, then they said it wouldnt use property taxes and Pat said he was ok with that, then the poll came out saying people were against it and Pat was calling it a stupid idea again. Thats what I like about Pat, hes always consistent in what he says

Pat also moderates his show well. He let people from Auburn and Decatur have a say on Harrison square even though they probably wont go to it, but thats keeping it fair and equal to everyone who wants a say! Dont hear too many young people or people from downtown having a say, probably because theyre too scared to take on pat and because nobody lives downtown

When a couple people do get through that argue with Pat, he knows how to handle them. He brings up odd facts and strawman issues that stop those callers dead in their tracks! If they start getting too fiesty he just shoos them off the air or hounds them until they cave in. You show em Pat!

It seems like Pat white is the only person I can go to these days in order to hear level headed commentary about the issues. Thats why Pat white is my hero
