***BREAKING NEWS***

MEMORIAL STADIUM TO BE AIRLIFTED

For Immediate Release
3/28/2007

A local blog, Change Fort Wayne, has announced a new plan for Harrison Square.

One of the blog's writers said: "Fort Wayne is known for raising things: taxes, inches around the waist, roofs on arenas and now Memorial Stadium. "

The plan addresses all the problems with the old plan by airlifting Memorial Stadium downtown. "This is just huge for our community, I can't wait to see the Stadium fly over my neighborhood," said a local resident.

"This will literally raise the roof on future downtown development," said the blog's main contributor. "I can't wait to see the look on the faces of Harrison Square's opponents when we get her in the air."

One opponent said, "I really have nothing to say. First the library, then Grand Wayne and now this. I have no idea what new and exciting idea we will target next, but we will not lose next time."

I hope no one flushes a toilet while it's flying.
