Thanks to all those bloggers out there linking, posting, complaining and commenting about the all around shenanigans that goes on here. All press is good press.
I'd like to reiterate - the bloggers from this page are pretty much split up the middle in party affiliation. Republican, Democrat, and some who just like to party.
We also appreciate all the comments flowing in recently. It helps us gauge who our readers are, and it also is encouraging to see people are taking interest in the happenings in FW. According to our Nielson polls, our viewership is up as of late, as it should be with all the excitement going on. Soooo, keep commenting - we will never censor your comments as long as you keep them clean and abstain from slander - I'm not really looking to be sued.
I look forward to post-Memorial Day posting, now that I have my batteries recharged after the great holiday weekend. I hope everyone enjoyed the lake, race, pool, or just general lounging around.

As a Fort Wayne expatriate currently exiled in Bloomington, I must say that I've thoroughly enjoyed Change Ft. Wayne since I discovered it a couple months back. When in a pinch and needing my F Dubs fix, I skip over the other entries in my FWA dedicated group in Google Reader and go straight to CFW. Keep up the good work!
The Angry White Guy/Kelty campaign manager or whoever really has his panties in a bunch about this site. Good stuff.
I like how this blog is written, especialy when there is a bit of sarcasim. The comments are usually the most interesting part. You get some pretty long discussions going on here.
There is a newer blog http://www.fwadfontes.blogspot.com/ some people that comment here might be interested in reading. It's seems a bit conservitive, but it's not angry or hate filled. (they also link to CFW and few other blogs from both the left and right)
ad fontes is run by Charles Langley - the Democratic nominee for Tom Hayhurst's council seat in the 4th district...
Thank you for the forum and the creative, thought provoking hard work you put in with just the right mix of humor. It has been a great place to exchange ideas, gather information and form opinions. What a rarity in this City and in the blogO'sphere.
I look forward to reading the blog and the comments. Intelligent heads prevail for the most part--on both sides of the aisle and sometimes down the center.
Blogs are not easy to maintain--thank you for all your work.

Looks like you got Way Too Angry White Boy's goat.
I visited Charles Langley's blog, and I like its set up and info so far (I know it is really new).
I love blogging, but the part I don't like is the bloggers who are nasty, rude, vindictive, and cut people to shreds for their views and positions.
Where did civility go? Change Fort Wayne has the right balance of opinion, fact, and a slight edge of "in your face" without being all the above mentioned negative traits.
Please keep this blog up - its satire is quite entertaining and certainly more mature than some other blogs out there.
I would probably not allow anonymous posting, although handles are basically anonymous, but it gives a reference to refer to someone on.
Please keep the blog open too - this is not communism. Many other blogs will only publish what the moderator wants you to see - it is one thing to restrict profanity, etc - but not to restrict posts due to them not following the desires of the moderator.
And don't buckle to threats of legal action - unless there are threats being made - there is no ground for legal action. To keep it safe, maintain posts as satire in nature and don't claim or blame things that may or may not be true - stick to the facts.
Thanks and keep up the site.

And for the record.. I fall into the category of "just likes to party." I like to party with both republicans and democrats alike.
Also for the record, I realize that many things I say (when looking back) are illogical or just plain dumb. I'm glad for the most part, those comments/thoughts have been overlooked or treated fairly by the majority of the people that frequent the blog.
Anonymous posting is something we definitely need to look into. It may limit participation some (even though as you say it still can be anonymous), but like you say, it's good for reference sake. Thanks for the suggestion Dave and to everyone else here for their input.
Thank you for this website! I enjoy reading the blogs written in a tasteful manner! Fort Wayne does indeed need many changes and it all begins with awareness and people like you!

You've become a daily read for me. Keep up the insanity!
(Oh, and check your time-date stamp - it seems to be off a tad. .)
I think the time stamp thing was covered back in the begining, they don't belive in daylight savings time. (crazy hoosiers)
