So from this, one could potentially claim that smoking bans lead to more drinking and driving.

I wonder if Councilman Crawford would approve.

Fort Wayne Small Business Owners would disagree highly on this.

However Fort Wayne Liquor Store Owners would highly agree.

It's too bad that isn't true for Fort Wayne.

What were hearing is that restaurants/taverns that are more bar-centric are feeling ill effects, but restaurants that are restaurant-centric are not, other than the ancillary consequences like the litter and noise outside, said Lynne Breaux, executive director of the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington.

The bars are feeling the pinch, the restaurants are not. Any chance that Fort Wayne will adopt an economic hardship clause like DC?

I doubt it as long as Dr. Crawford is on the council. Hopefully his tenure will end soon, but I'm not taking that to the bank either.

Anyone see the news article that 30% of copiers are so inefficient they're just as dangerous as secondhand smoke? I am waiting with baited breath to see a copier ban.

Copier ban? Um, ok, the next time I go out to a bar, and someone blows a toxic copier in my face, I'll support a coppier ban.

The copier spits out the toxins. The environmnt is just as bad as second hand smoke, so yes, it is blowing toxins into your face. Make that one for a copier ban. What an idiot.
