My Freedom of Information Act Request

A month ago, I sent a freedom of information act (FOIA) request to the Environmental Protection Agency.

I wanted to know how many gallons of salt water were in the Atlantic Ocean and how many grains of sand were located on Daytona Beach.

It has been 21 days and I have not heard anything.

I'm still waiting on President George Bush, Vice President Cheney and EPA Secretary Steve Johnson to answer my questions.

When will I have my information?

You're a putz

Definition of "Putz" derives from: Slang
To behave in an idle manner; putter

Sounds like the putz woud acutally be Bush and the rest of the officials who are behaving in an idle maner by not fulfilling their obliation to answer your FOI request.
Is that illegal? I don't know. (Perhaps I will write a letter to the editor and tell people I don't know...)

I think that if these are included in records that are regularly kept in the course of a federal agency's business, then you are entitled to them.
