This is my vision of what Kelty has in store for Fort Wayne. Picture the movie but with a city inside the dome. Pure genius. I hope we can get Pauly Shore and Stephen Baldwin to move here and live inside it.
Maybe Pauly Shore could run for mayor too, I haven't heard from Pauly in a while so he probably could use the work. If Pauly isn't available maybe Dustin Diamond?
